I’M FINALLY BLOGGING! This is a huge thing. I actually started this site last spring but haven’t ever started… well here I go! Actually the real reason I’m starting right now is because God answered a prayer I’ve been praying for the last few months. I’m very much into design and have a five year old Dell right now (anyone in graphic design is cringing…) so I was asking the Lord for a white MacBook- I’ve really been wanting one for quite sometime but didn’t really think to ask the Lord! So I was contending… and just yesterday a friend of mine came up to me in the prayer room and said she felt like the Lord told her to give me her laptop! A white MacBook!! Ahhh! I’m just so excited! I made a list a couple weeks back of what I’m going to do when I get my laptop (I had lots of faith He was going to come through!), blogging was about number 2 on the list.
So this girl (for privacy and future reward sake I’ll keep her name private), is about twenty years old and not of this world! How amazing is that?! It is so rare to find a youth (even though I’m only 23…), who is not of this world! I mean talk about sacrifice and obedience. I’m overwhelmed by the goodness of God and what He’s doing in this generation. Also how good of a Father He is- He loves to give us gifts!
These last few days I have had such a leap in my faith… If I ask for something God actually gives it. Wow. I wasn’t even praying a lot (maybe once a day for a few weeks), how much more then will he hear us and answer us when we contend day and night for revival, the ending of abortion, the saving of Israel! Amazing. I have some fuel!
